Estimate

Following the initial visit, a competitively priced estimate is provided which highlights the work that needs to be done and how it will be done

Schedule

After the initial process, a tentative schedule for materials and an installation date is provided.

Installation

Crews show up with all information gathered from the Client, making their job easier and giving Client reassurance of their satisfaction.

Service Contract

We offer yearly and multi-year service contracts for several products that we install and repair.

Gate Audits

Suburban invests heavily in education and research with the goal to provide the highest level of expertise and service to our customers. Our experience shows that most Automated Gate Assemblies do not comply with the industry’s safety standards.

Suburban considers these standards the minimum safety requirements of any Automated Gate Assembly – not just a future goal. The first thing Suburban will do for every customer is perform an “Automated Gate Assembly Audit”. This establishes a baseline of the current compliance and operational safety status of your Automated Gate Assembly. This detailed audit will produce a list of any deficiencies within the assembly and recommend the course of action needed to bring the assembly into compliance with the current safety standards.

Also, as part of our ongoing Automated Gate Assembly analysis program, Suburban offers a service agreement whereby we will visit your location quarterly to inspect the installation, perform tests and do preventative maintenance. This helps to ensure that your Automated Gate Assembly is properly maintained and remains compliant throughout its lifetime.
